Hip-hop music has come a lengthy way. Groups utilizing this musical style have come and go. But maybe, the 1 that has stayed longer in the music scene and has gained a lot international fame is none other than the Black Eyed Peas. Kudos to the guys - willi.i.am (William Adams), apl.de.ap (allan pineda), Taboo and Fergie -- for performing a fantastic job. Already with two Grammy Awards for their American hip-hop music and a lot more than 20 million albums and singles sold, this group from Los Angeles, California, continue to reap their rewards around the world.

Black Eyed Peas' success can be attributed to the group's special style. Their music focuses on socially-relevant problems which are incredibly unlike the violent lyrics of the gangsta rap groups. They also incorporated dance into their style with the members having their own distinctive clothing as well. It\'s superb with grilled summer foods, such as organic portobello burgers or vegetarian bratwurst.

Despite the fact that this salad is delicious as a side dish, It\'s so hearty that it can be the centerpiece of the meal. This organic salad is high-protein, so you get a lot of mileage with this meal; you will not be hungry in just two hours!

It\'s wonderful served with hearty entire grain bread on the side, preferably organic and baked by a local baker, to sop up the vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

2 15 oz. cans organic chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

2 15 oz. cans organic black-eyed peas

2 15 oz. cans organic artichoke hearts

4 significant organic tomatoes

½ big organic onion

6 huge fresh organic garlic cloves

¼ cup organic olive oil

½ cup organic balsamic vinegar

A few pinches of dried organic parsley

Fresh ground salt and pepper to taste

Drain chickpeas and black-eyed peas, and dump them into a big bowl. Chop artichoke hearts (into eighths if they're entire, or into quarters if they're already halved). Chop tomatoes and dice onion; dump artichokes, tomatoes and onion into bowl. Crush garlic gloves with garlic press and add to the luscious pile of goodies.

Whip olive oil and balsamic vinegar together in a smaller bowl, then pour over the pile. Your mouth need to be watering now. Add a few generous pinches of parsley, then salt and pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly with a big spoon to distribute them evenly and coat them with vinaigrette.

You can improve the ratio of balsamic vinegar to olive oil if you like the vinaigrette to taste far more tangy! And you can boost the overall quantity of oil and vinegar if you want the salad to be additional juicy.

You can also experiment with which sort of vinegar flavor you like ideal. Red wine or raspberry balsamic vinegar taste amazing in this dish.

As for the fresh ground salt and pepper, you can either add them to the oil and vinegar mixture, just sprinkle them onto the ingredients just before stirring, or both.

Adding fresh chopped basil--or any fresh organic herb you believe would harmonize well with this dish--is also an alternative. You can also substitute organic escallions (green onions) for the diced onions, which also adds far more color.

The trick to delicious recipes is to cook by your own taste, not necessarily by following the recipe verbatim. Besides, how enjoyable would cooking be if you couldn't sample the dishes even though you're creating them?

This dish, which serves 6 or much more, also works wonderful for summer pitch-ins, specially if you're vegan. You can't usually count on non-dairy, high-protein dishes at such gatherings, but you can certainly depend on this hearty summer salad!

Virginia Louise runs an organic food website that provides totally free details to visitors interested in discovering the benefits of organic food.

Visit the web web page to get an additional seven totally free recipes as mouthwatering as this 1.

It has long been known that those who enjoy the status of an expert are received by their business markets much more and with relative ease. First of all you must have the confidence that you can become looked at as someone who is the expert, and then apply the following methods.

Social media is so huge, and anyone involved with business on the web understands this. Facebook has grown to enormous proportions in the past several years, and we do not know if it is slowing down, yet. You know we are getting at making smart use of Facebook and other sites to get in front of your audience and let them know you are an expert. For instance, you can start gathering followers on Twitter slow and steady; these people that follow you will trust you and if you give them real value, they will even see you as an expert that they can trust. You know how rabid people are for constant knowledge, information, news, etc - that is what fuels just about everything on the net. One approach is making use of online webinars, and if you are completely new to IM... a webinar is just a service that allows you and a group of people to have a live conference online. You can use webinars as aggressively as you want so you can really have an impact on your niche. Webinars are simple to set-up and operate, but the most important thing is to fill them with people so you can do your stuff. We have been to webinars quite a few times, and believe me when I tell you there really is not much to doing it. Attaining the perhaps unspoken status of an expert in whatever area you are in, then you will notice people respond and treat you in a different manner. Let's dig deeper into how you can purposely make that possible.

Just about everything you do will be noticed by somebody, so in a sense there is image management and establishing the right perception. Never underestimate the power of teaching people face to face about something, and this is referring to local seminars, etc. Yes, you do want to wow people with your knowledge in these events. Remember your greatest goal here is to work to establish your name, and you can give them your URL during the event. The last thing you want is give the impression you are not organized, so put everything on paper for this and create a specific plan of action.

If you want to hold a teleseminar, then they are not difficult from a technical standpoint because you simply rent the type of phone that allows this to be done. We are not sure, but we would not be surprised if they was an online solution for this that is different from the webinar format. It's completely up to you as to whether you hold a free seminar or charge a fee for it, since this depends on what you want to achieve with your teleseminar. Once you start to regularly run teleseminars, you'll realize that people are actually looking up to you as an expert that they can count on.

There are other teaching formats, and this is one to consider if it has qualities that appeal to you.

It comes down to what can you give to people that will really help them. We are talking about the strategy of letting others in your market perform an interview with you. You give them content and value to offer their readers at no charge to them, and in return you get added exposure. Never freely dispense information that others pay to get from you, though. The content of your interview should be attractive enough to get your target audience going. The smartest perspective is always audience-centric, and that just means you should always take care of the people, first.

There are many more ways that can help you become a known expert in your industry, but what we discussed above are enough to help you get started.

Geography was a huge factor in the advance of the movement of country style home decorations, so do not forget that when you are decorating your home that way. What you would have found in a home in the west would differ from homes in the east, generally speaking. Nonetheless, you would come across different things in the hot and humid southern states versus the cold and dry northern states. With so many different areas that decorate in this style, you have a lot to choose from. Yet, the attributes they share include total realism, efficiency and their furniture designs are modest. Let us talk more about this notion of country style home decorating.

You can often locate these items in some very bizarre spots. During the warm summer months there are flea markets in every small town and county across the US.

Always be aware of your local rummage sales and such; these are good places to find what you are looking for. As well as an antique store, you can also find great values at rummage sales. You can find them listed in the good old-fashioned printed newspapers. Just be careful about what you are buying and try to determine if it is for real or a reproduction. Country style home decor is always a winner, especially with those that live in the city or that long for that rustic vibe. People that live in the cities especially will appreciate this type of interior design because it is never out of style. The furnishings of your home, if they are country in appearance, should have a certain type of flooring. Long ago, people would just put wood planks on the floor and call it good. Rough and unfinished wood planks were the standard in these types of homes. So once you decide what room you want to convert to a country style, use this type of flooring for that room only. Most definitely, it is recommended to bypass the unfinished wood plank appearance with something that is finished. It is, therefore, a great idea to protect the wood by adding a finish to it.

There is a wider array of colors that can be used in this decorating style than you probably think. Many people like neutral tones that can be found in earth tones. The look of passing time is what can happen when you are using low-key, subdued colors. When you are wanting a certain look, such as rustic, it can be achieved by the way you use colors. Since there are no hard and fast rules about decorating in the country-style, you will see some people mixing styles such as a more contemporary type of country. When you use slightly brighter colors, you use the influence of a more modern look to have more than just the country-style.

An amazing sense of achievement will come from having a house redone in country-style. Also, do not feel like you have to rush - that is almost counter country-style because there is no room for rushing and being stressed with this approach.

We all know the best business comes when the people in your niche feel confident in what you are offering because for one they consider you an expert. Here are a few ways for you to establish your expertise within your niche.

One effective content delivery and relationship building device is the teleclass, and we will explain why this could work well for you. You can conduct these on any topic you desire, and they are effective if you offer information that is solid and not found for free all over the web. Everything is pretty much wide open with the teleclass including how many, length and your topics of discussion.

We really like the idea of the teleclass because they offer a different media and give you an excellent chance for interaction with your audience. This is what exactly makes a teleclass a perfect platform for building your expertise and give your participants something they will benefit from. If you can think of any supporting materials to make the experience better and that can be converted into a PDF doc, then that would only add to the value.

You can do a lot with email, but if you do not have a list or contacts then that could prove to be an irritant. Running an e-class is really easy because you don't really need much, but just good, high quality content that you can use as course material. You can get people to sign up for the e-class where you automatically deliver assignments through an autoresponder. You know what good and exceptional value is in your market, and that is what you have to give to them. If you use video, and you should, then do not make them terribly long because that will not go over well in most niches. Use different media and do not be predictable just in the interest of being dynamic and keeping them guessing.

People do seem to like variety with content, and another alternative or complementary approach is with using a webcast. You can use them in a way such as a seminar but it is on the web, and then you have to include image media format, etc. There are many ways to bolster your reputation with your audience and earn their trust, but you will have to earn it every step of the way.

Set your sights on becoming an expert in your chosen field, and then set out with a vengeance to attain it. It obviously takes time and a bit of an effort to set that impression on your target audience. People will want to talk to you, send you emails, do JVs and a lot more once you have arrived at that point.
